🎴 Corporate Tarot Cards®: A Pull to Align Impact

In a recent workshop I hosted for the Chief of Staff Networking Group, I pulled two cards:

🔹 Beliefs – A tactical card from the suit of mind representing logic, power, and perspective.
This card asks: What beliefs are guiding your leadership right now?
​Rigid thinking (“this is how it’s done”) limits flexibility and dulls our strategic edge. Examine the assumptions shaping your role.

🔹 Expansion – A tactical card from the suit of drive representing growth, influence, and momentum.
This card asks: Where is your leadership most needed?
​Stretch your reach. Think beyond your direct scope and control. Consider external influencers, stakeholders, and systems that shape your impact and affect outcomes..

Together, these cards prompted a powerful reflection: How can we lead with both clarity and creativity? How might we align intuition with impact?
