How to trust your gut without risking your credibility

Many decision makers I work with have admitted that they question if others in their organization will trust them if they can’t show their work with analytical data. They know their intuition is real, it’s served them before, but they’re not sure how to communicate decisions made using it.

Here’s the science-backed truth: Your intuition is informed and trained by your past experience and expertise — every project completed, meeting held, course taken, conversation had.

Intuition is valid, informative data, but it just doesn’t exist on a spreadsheet. In Intuition Strategy®, this is called “invisible data.”

When you use both sources of data — analytical and invisible — you have a more complete set of information to make hard decisions with confidence. And still, most organizations have never built infrastructure to use and deploy this valuable information.
